The management company is always marketing and locating individuals who are interested in buying 25% of an aircraft. Ask them to sell you shares and you pay only a 10% fee or sell it yourself and you are charged nothing.
How can more than one person use the same aircraft?
The management company has several aircraft available to cover usage conflicts. the web site will indicate where your aircraft is, who is flying it and the days of availability for that month, or any number of months in advance until the end of that year. The management company scheduler is on duty 24/7, and will always try to cover any conflicts using your own aircraft. The scheduler/ dispatcher can try to adjust flight times and routes to accommodate both owners. When this just isn't possible, you can book another of the managed aircraft. This is the fairest way we know to handle these situations and, in practice, it just doesn't happen that much.
